【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiesthetestproceduresofEFCroad-sideequipment(RSE)andon-boardequipment(OBE)withregardtotheconformancetostandardsandrequirementsfortypeapprovalandacceptancetestingwhichiswithintherealmofEFCapplicationspecifically.Thescopeofthisdocumentisrestrictedtosystemsoperatingwithintheradioemission,EMCregulations,trafficandotherregulationsofthecountriesinwhichtheyareoperatedanditisthereforearequirementthatallrequiredequipmentapprovalsfromanauthenticatedandaccreditedtesthousehavebeenobtainedinordertoclaimcompliance.ThisdocumentidentifiesasetofsuitableparameterandprovidestestprocedurestoenabletheproofofacompleteEFCsystemaswellascomponentsofanEFCsysteme.g.OBErelatedtothedefinedrequirementsofanapplication.Thedefinedparameterandtestsareassignedtothefollowinggroupsofparameter:—Functionality;—Quality;—Referencedpre-tests.
