【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementforexfoliatedvermiculiteproducts,whichareusedforinsituthermalinsulationofbuildingequipmentandindustrialinstallationswithanoperatingtemperatureintherangeofapproximately–40oCto+1050oC.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforthefourtypesofexfoliatedvermiculiteproductsVermiculiteAggregate(EVA),CoatedVermiculite(EVC),HydrophobicVermiculite(EVH)andPremixedVermiculite(EVM),containinglessthan1%bymassorganicmaterialasdeterminedbyAnnexCinEN15600-1:2010.ThisEuropeanStandardisaspecificationfortheinstalledproducts.ThisEuropeanStandardalsospecifiesthechecksandtestprocedurestobeusedforthedeclarationmadebytheinstalleroftheproduct.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotspecifytherequiredlevelofallpropertiestobeachievedbyaproducttodemonstratefitnessforpurposeinaparticularapplication.Therequiredlevelsaretobefoundinregulationsornon-conflictingstandards.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotincludefactorymadeinsulationproductsofformedshapesandboardsmadewithexfoliatedvermiculite.TheproductscoveredbythisEuropeanStandardarenotintendedtobeusedprimarilyforairbornesoundinsulationorsoundabsorptionapplicationsalthoughtheymayimprovetheperformanceoftheinstallationintheserespectswheninstalledfortheirprimaryinsulationintendeduse.
