【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversrequirementsformultilayerpipetype2andcompressionfittingsforhydronicheatingsystems,withamaximumpressure/temperaturerangeof1000kPa(145psi),at82?C(180?F).Note1MultilayerPipeType2-Construction-basedpressureratedpipecomprisingmorethanonelayerinwhichatleast60%ofthewallthicknessispolymericmaterial.Multilayerpipetype2isproducedusingabutt-weldedaluminumpipeasacore,withanextrudedinsidelayerofcrosslinkedpolyethylene(PEX).Anadhesivelayerisusedtobondtheinsidelayertothewallofthealuminumpipe.Anouterlayerofpolyethylene(PE)andanadhesivelayerareextrudedtotheouterwallofthealuminumpipe.Multilayerpipetype2isproducedinConfigurations1and2,asshowninFig1.Thisspecificationincludescompressionfittings,whicharereferencedinFig.2.SpecificationsforthreadedorsolderadaptersforusewithpipeandfittingsmeetingtherequirementsofthisspecificationaregiveninAnnexA1andAnnexA2.Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportionofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththisspecification.Note2Multilayerpipetype2,configurations1and2,forhydronicheatingsystemsarenotcompatiblefordrinkingwateruse.
