【摘要】:ThispartofISO4427specifiesthegeneralaspectsoffittingsmadefrompolyethylene(PE)forpipingsystemsintendedfortheconveyanceofwaterforhumanconsumption,includingrawwaterpriortotreatmentandwaterforgeneralpurposes.Italsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodstowhichitrefers.InconjunctionwiththeotherpartsofISO4427,itisapplicabletoPEfittings,theirjoints,tojointswithcomponentsofPEandtojointswithmechanicalfittingsofothermaterials,intendedtobeusedunderthefollowingconditions:a)amaximumoperatingpressure(MOP)uptoandincluding25bar1);b)anoperatingtemperatureof20°Casthereferencetemperature.NOTE1Forapplicationsoperatingatconstanttemperaturesgreaterthan20°Candupto40°C,seeISO4427-1:2007,AnnexA.NOTE2ISO4427coversarangeofmaximumoperatingpressuresandgivesrequirementsconcerningcoloursandadditives.Itistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspects,takingintoaccounttheirparticularrequirementsandanyrelevantnationalguidanceorregulationsandinstallationpracticesorcodes.Itisapplicabletofittingsofthefollowingtypes:?fusionfittings—electrofusionfittings,buttfusionfittingsandsocketfusionfittings(seeAnnexA);?fabricatedfittings(seeAnnexB);?mechanicalfittings;?flangedfittings.1)1bar=0,1MPa=105Pa;1MPa=1N/mm2.
