【摘要】:ThepurposeofthisInternationalStandardistoprovideatestproceduretoevaluatetheperformanceofislandingpreventionmeasuresusedwithutility-interconnectedPVsystems.Thisstandarddescribesaguidelinefortestingtheperformanceofautomaticislandingpreventionmeasuresinstalledinorwithsingleormulti-phaseutilityinteractivePVinvertersconnectedtotheutilitygrid.Thetestprocedureandcriteriadescribedareminimumrequirementsthatwillallowrepeatability.Additionalrequirementsormorestringentcriteriamaybespecifiedifdemonstrableriskcanbeshown.Invertersandotherdevicesmeetingtherequirementsofthisstandardareconsiderednon-islandingasdefinedinIEC61727.Thisstandardmaybeappliedtoothertypesofutility-interconnectedsystems(e.g.inverter-basedmicroturbineandfuelcells,inductionandsynchronousmachines).However,technicalreviewmaybenecessaryforotherthaninverter-basedPVsystems.
